Yes it is for me and i don't find it even a little bit offensive. Others opinions may differ.
its not appropriate for steam. doesnt matter if you like it or not. when you can select a name/avatar, pick one that is appropriate. if you keep getting your name/avatar reset, you will eventually not be able to select a name/avatar anymore.

if you want to appeal the name/avatar being removed, contact steam support

if your name/avatar break the rules, they will get removed. what you want does not matter.

try picking names and avatars that are not against the rules

For no reason?

Okay, tell us what you had.
Because what you might think is okay might not actually be okay within the rules.

Does having the name of a political leader as profile name breaks the rules?

That's interesting cuz i saw numerous people using any name they want to keep and still not getting banned. Many of them were related to politics. Idk why only i am being targeted.

yours got reported, it was reviewed, and who ever did the review agreed that it broke the rules. again, if you want to appeal your name/avatar being reset, contact steam support

asking people on the forum to explain why support removed yours and not other peoples name/avatar is pointless, only steam support knows why.

Profile names and pictures only get removed based on reports. So it's likely that you got reported, while others didn't. Or that you had a name that is bannable while others don't (a certain German dicator is against the rules, while a certain Soviet dictator isn't, for example).

You're entitled to your opinion. However, that does not change the fact that Valve has deemed it inappropriate and if you're reported, they'll most likely remove it and issue another ban for you. Those bans get longer until you're permanently unable to change your username. Might want to ask yourself this: "Is this really the hill I want to die on?"

Like Valve's opinion? And since it's their platform their opinion might have considerably more weight than yours. Yes?

If you mean by 'other' you mean 'other nazis' then you might, again be totally shocked, that your "differing" opinion on the matter is utterly and totally irrelevant

OP. Deal with it!

Yea... having a username based on someone who mass slaughtered people (Jews) is probably why it was removed.
