Are Steam sales DANGEROUS!?!?

You must have read the title thinking...is this guy stupid? However hear me out.

Before the summer I had NEVER purchased a game on Steam. I played a few f2p games here and there over the past 2 years but hardly ever used Steam. Until I wanted a good game to play and found a sale on here. Since then I have bought about 10 games and spend around £40 total.( because those games were on sale). However can you spend too much with these tempting sales? Whats the most games anyone has bought due to the incredible sales!?

well theirs people with over 4000 games on steam, alot of people seem to have 300+ games on steam but not ever one knows their is other places you can get steam games far cheaper than steam prices.

Yes people have bought stuff just because it was so cheap and then didn't bother to play the game.

A lot of games are literally under $.10. I just bought a ton just for the cards with no intention of playing them.

Not to anyone with a modicum of financial discipline or a shred of self control. FOr those that have neither.. well.. at lkeast it's not Vegas.

I bought mass effect 1 and 2. Played a bit of 1 but have gone off it and dont intend to play it anytime soon. I recently bought bioshock which hopefully isnt scary but will enjoy it!
