I Accidentally buy SWC different region and now , I can't use it. What should I do now ? It's My fault that i didnt know the lastest news about SWC region lock. Now , i'm confuse about what should I do next.

Well , I buy from merch Online store and if I buy on it , it Will directly(auto) send me a receipt with Code on it , so it can't be refund.

then you can't do anything, except giving it to a friend in the correct region, for example.

There are some options:

-Find someone from that specific region and trade it with them for a gift/ game.
-You can sell codes and games on certain sites.

I would create an account in said region and buy TF2 keys or other tradeable items, and later send to your main account and sell them on community market.
Yes you will get lower amount of money it's to be expected.
But it saves u the hazzle of trying to sell the code etc.

But aslong as he live in said region he just needs to create an alt account.

He would circumvent the current location, that is against the rules.

If he can't use the code then clearly he doesn't live in that region or else he would have redeemed it..... If he does live in that region he could easily change his region on his account to redeem it.

So either he doesn't live in the region he bought the gift card for, or he's using an incorrect region in violation of steam's rules for where he lives.
