Saving cart for 72 hours

How do I save my cart for 72 hours? Now I have no opportunity to add funds and I will not have time to do it before the end of the Lunar Sale, but I know that there is a way to save the cart and do repurchase this cart with discounts. Tell me pls how?

You cant. While Steam will save your cart for a while if you did not complete your purchase, discounts will only be added for as long as the sale is going on.
If you purchase the saved cart AFTER the sale has ended it will deduct the full price of the games at checkout.

if you do a purchase during the sale that fails (due to issues with your bank or credit card) you are allowed to rebuy, i think, within some period of time at the sale price even if the sale has ended.

That's the only way i know.

As others said, that only happens if your purchase fails due to an issue. It's a service by Steam to then allow you to make the purchase anyway.

Games go on sale regularly. Check Steamdb for the price history to make an educated guess when the games you want go on sale again.
