Is there a way to find out if an unreleased game has been abandoned or given up on?

I have 501 items in my wishlist, and 486 of them haven't been released yet. Many of them are simulators/builders/etc that have no release date, but many of them I don't remeber, and some have been on my list for years.

Is there an easy way to find out if a game has been abandoned so I can remove it from my wishlist?

you would need to visit that games store page or forum if you want to find out. some people call a game abandoned when they dont see an update every week, so be careful how you define a game as abandoned. dev's and the moderators can be a little sensitive when people ask if the game they are working on is abandoned because it hasnt updated recently.
