Ubisoft is being sold to Tencent

Does this mean they will not sell products on Steam anymore ?

And will they take games away from our Steam library... ? I dont want to loose ability to play my AC games.

Ask Tencent. Only they will have the answer, until they make a public statement.

As for games already on Steam, in your library, those will remain in your library.

Tencent owns a not insignificant share in Ubisoft and the Guillemont Brothers' own company(A 49% share in the latter). It ain't a rumor, they're looking for a bigger stake in Ubisoft.

Steam is their competitor. They have their own gaming platform which used to be bigger than Steam and its logical to move the games over there.

Better the Chinese than the Saudis.

Will they stop selling on Steam? I hope so. Ubislop is so bad that just the option to buy it is kind of offensive.

Don`t have any of their games so don`t really care and not like getting sold to China would make me want to buy them either.

OP asked: "And will they take games away from our Steam library... ?"
This is the opposite of logical.
