When i download game updates it says like 500 mb to download i download it and i dont know why it keeps downloading nothing for like 20 mins after i downloaded all the mb or gb

Probably just a game that takes forever to update, I have a few of those. If it's showing green on the graph (disk activity) it is doing something still.
