Bullet Heaven Fest 2.0?

Hello,

Is anyone know anything about this upcoming Fest?
There is only a Trailer with some gamelist and an info to open for submission untill Sept 26, but no info about where or who made this event.

PS: please dont suggest Google, I already did that, but no other info just the trailer everywhere.

Seeing how they organised both last years and this years, they're probably the safest bet. Their website has email addresses listed.
