You dont. Wallet funds are not money but Store Credit.

Full disclosure (before you stumble upon that ♥♥♥♥ yourself), there's third-party services letting you kinda-sorta do this very thing. Except they a) demand some hefty fee and b) don't guarantee to not screw you over.

My point is, with this ♥♥♥♥, you REALLY shouldn't engage no matter how appealing their claims.

but like i had a 50 steam card i used it so now i have 50 on my wallet , i cant get this money back ♥♥♥♥

If the money went back from your account to the card, it still wouldn't be real money.

Once wallet funds are purchased, you are paying real money in return for store credit. It's that simple.
You cannot in any supported way.
