As far as i know there is no way to check that and Steam does not keep any logs of playtime sessions like that.
Only total playtime and "last played on" .

That's not true, since they timestamp achievements offline.

Which has nothing to do with tracking playtime or session timestamps. It's easy to timestamp something when it triggers, they do not track session history or habits

Well, it's not perfect but if you happen to log into Steam only during the times you played the game in question, then you can check your recent login history. Steam has timestamps for them.

Help --> Steam Support --> My Account --> Data Related to Your Steam Account --> Recent Login History

Get a witness. Have that witness observe your status while you're playing.

I suggest getting Playnite [playnite.link], and then use the addon called "Gameactivity" and it will log each play session of when you started the play session and how long that play session lasted. here is an image of what it looks like, i'm currently playing Beyond GalaxyLand in this example.

I am trying to find the information because I don't have one and need to prove that I was playing Steam games at that time. It has to due with accusations that are false.

That's cool, I am going to use it, but still need to access prior data.

May we learn of that accusations? It is possible that your problem got a solution that doesn't require digging the past that's already happened.
You could engage a computer forensics expert if its serious enough to be worth the cost, otherwise there are not any logs that are going to prove it. Could subpeona your ISP if its an online game since they can provide traffic logs but thats also going to be a headache.

yeah, you are not going to get access to the prior data, there is no way to get it, and there is no way Valve will help you with it.

Are you Valve? I'd prefer if you just left the thread.
