It's not a policy issue, it's intended. And this won't change unless Turkey gets its act together.
Also keep in mind that your "demands" are meaningless in that.

Typical response from users who feel betrayed and need to pin the blame on something more sinister than the actual truth.
Well, you're *charged* in USD. Technically, it's your payment method that pays the price in USD. I'm sure you're still paying the payment method in Lira, unless you have a horde of US dollars lying around.
Correct. Debating the decision that changed the Store currency for you, or manipulating prices on the Store is not a role that Support has jurisdiction over.
Blame him, Steam is not the origin of the issues.
For uninformed pos, price of same games are in other channels are low as quarter or half of steam.
You cant explain that to "volatile economy" , " dictator" or lame ignorant answers.
Steam is greedy. Dont be like that gaben. Renew the policy.
It's not a steam issue but these region issues that caused it.
First, it is Balkans, not Balkan.
Also, Balkans are not a country but a region with at least 10-12 different countries in it.
You cannot jumble them up, they are slightly to very different in different areas of life/living. :)
Well, I am not jumbling them together, but Steam is. We all get the same pricing as the EU, despite some countries not even being members.
One day 1000 lira might be worth say $1, the next day 2000 lira might be worth $1, then 5000 worth $1, etc.
it was that constant fluctuating that made them change it. So if a game in turkey should be the equivalent of $5 it can be, it would just be listed as $5 USD instead of having to constantly adjust the equivalent value in Lira as it keeps changing.
The issue is many dev's didn't bother updating their prices for Turkey, so you need to ask them to fix their pricing.
You have the EU to blame for that, they sued Steam over them offering regional prices so now Steam has to offer 1 price to all of the EU. So it sucks for the poorer countries in the EU.
