Having market hold with steam guard enabled

I bought cs2 skin recently and says a can't trade or sell it for 7 days, i know this hold should be in if i steam guard mobile enabled less than 7 days or not enabled for all, but i enabled it from a loooooong time.

All items purchased from the market have an automatic 7 day forwarding hold. It does not matter how long you've had Steam Guard as that's not relevant. Every user and item has the same restriction.

Valve even added an extra cooldown on CS2 items on October 2nd...

All items acquired from the in-game store (including the Armory), Trade Offers, and Steam Community Market are now subject to a 7 day re-trade and re-market restriction

...which may help the rampant botting of items but probably not.

From CS:GO time, newly traded/bought skin can't be traded again for 7 days.
In CS2, the restriction got expanded to also can't be resold on market for 7 days.

Guess OP didn't see that statement on the market page.

After purchase, this item:
will not be tradable for one week
cannot be listed on the Steam Community Market for one week

It's still too new. Most people have ignore the new restriction on the Market page.
