Rules on family sharing bans

Im just curious if someone gets GAME BANNED, do all the family members get game banned too, or does this only apply to VAC.

Also if someone from the family does cheat on a VAC protected game, do ALL the family members get banned or is it just the family host?

Its not really been made clear so far, but some insight would be great!

For VAC ban it will apply to the one who own the copy of the game, so for example your brother cheats and get VAC banned while sharing the game from your library, you would also get VAC banned too as you are the game owner.

As for game bans im not sure....but i would imagine it would be the same result as a VAC ban

it would make sense, except game bans are via the developer, not steam so i assume it would be different
