Steam payment card form is broken in Steam Client

Hi, recently I noticed that my payment from the previously added card is not going through (no messages from the bank, enough funds on account). I thought it's a processing issue and decided to wait for a while, but the error is still ocurring.
Then, I decided to try another card, but when I get to the card form, the Card Number and CVV fields were locked. Any keypress opens the "Please Select a Payment Method" field instead of letting me fill actual card details. Multiple attempts at changing the method doesn't result in any change, the fields are locked anyway.
Using Steam's built-in browser on macOS, Steam version 1726604483.

Seem to be a Steam browser issue. That form works just fine on Firefox.

This has been broken literally for years and still is, and I just did a fresh update of the steam client. Luckily I can also buy this game in the epic store so I'll do that instead instead.

It's insane how they have neglected the macos platform, to the point where we can't even give them our money!!! I thought removing csgo and not releasing cs2 on mac was a low point but this is ridiculous.

True, I could go do it on the web browser, my phone or a PC too, but that's not the point.

The point is that their software has been broken like this for the longest time, more than a year I think. It's really poor user experience, poor quality, and gives terrible reputation for such an important company as Valve.
