Close Combat Normandy - Utah - Multi screen not active

My PC is on windows ver 11 Home 10.0.22631 build 22631. The multiplayer screen for Close Combat Normandy - Utah is not active, It will open to the window but the fields are all empty and nothing can be entered. What am I missing?
