What NEW Tycoon game is your fav and does it have a demo?

I'm checking out Demos for new tycoon games, curious what everyone else is playing. I found a new one today for a Lemonade Tycoon inspired game selling burgers. Business Heroes, looks pretty cool.

Blood Bar is another one where you play as vampires selling blood drinks in your bar.
