Anyone else getting a black screen on the store pages ?

every single game when i open it in store, the video goes black and wont play, Ive tried logging in and out, then a full uninstall and re-install and still having the same issue ?

Turn off hardware acceleration in Steam settings and see if that fixes the issue.

ok ive had a huge day at work and my eyes are not working... where exactly is that

Same here, it's an issue since last tuesday. I've seen tons of people saying the same thing. It works on mobile, website and Steamdeck, but not on the Windows Steam Client.

The issue is present in the steam android app as well, which was working fine before - and the client has not been updated for months.
In short: no magic solution exists. It is a server-side problem which must be fixed by Valve

yeah dam, will have to wait then, the for mentioned fix did work for me but Didnt think it would since i have a 12,700 cpu and a 3036 12Gb gpu, but thx for the helps anyways.

Which proves even more that the issue is on Valve's end, and that no magic solution exists.

How does it prove it?

If as you claim it is a server issue and an issue with the android app then videos would also not work on my android phone.

Same issue here. I'll try the Hardware Acceleration thing and see if it works.

Edit: The fix does not help for me. All store trailers are still broken.
