Steam families and Adult games

I've been on steam for a few years now.
I've been buying adult games on this alt account to share with my main account and my main account is sharing games to my siblings and cousins who have just joined college and are adults now, so i want to treat them as adults but still not share my R18 games with family.
Can you block certain games from being shared to certain adults or something else to accommodate this?
or do we have to entirely break this methodology and just play on alt accounts?

You can mark them as Private and those games will not share.

If you mark them as private they won't be visible to share.

Are 'marked private' games only for younger family members? Because I've got marked private games yet my husband can still see them. Is that intentional or am I experiencing a bug?
