Were the changes made in effort to stifle ongoing litigation? Then it will likely be challenged, by the litigators.

Lots of people never read the terms in the first place and have not taken the time to understand the terms as they are now.
To sum up. The changes have actually strengthened our rights as consumers because we are no longer forced to go through arbitration.

Lol, man this PC gig is a bit bizarro. I've never seen this, ever, on a console platform, having me die in the middle of a game, late at night, to have sign changed Terms. Unbelievable really what these people can get away with.
