Can't login to steam dot com to return game.

I reset my password over 10 times. I can sign in the app but not the website it says my password is incorrect when it's not. there are hundreds of posts about this from 2020. What's going on with steam. I cannot login to return my game.

by app do you mean phone or pc program/actual steam client?

edit:i have no troubles returning games through the client is why i ask

They meant the Steam client on PC. And you definitely can access the Support page to refund a game from there.

Does not even matter, i just tried the Steam App on phone and you can access the Support page and ask for a refund there too.

So no clue what the OP is talking about.

Oh i found it in the ap you're right so sorry. Everything online was telling me i had to do it on the website.

I did find it and got my refund in the ap thank you!!!!
