Do discounts stack?

I recently bought Persona 3 Reload and saw such a promotion for another game in the series that if you have already purchased 3 Reload, then the 5 Royal ones are 35% off. The question is, if there is a discount (for example, a seasonal sale) on Persona 5 Royal, will the discount stack with the promotion?
