There is a Harry Potter sale and I see the Lego logo on the banner, but I can't find the Lego Harry Potter game?

Thats not impossible.

I just bought the 2nd one after I saw this to complete my collection.

I can add the games (and bundle) to cart from not Italy but still the Eurozone, and as far as I'm aware, that'd mean it'd not be possible that it'd be an Italy-only thing.

I did get that same error once, and something is seemingly up (down...) judging by SteamDB listing the EUR price as N/A:
