Can't trade but I can use the community market

I bouth some stuff from a 3rd party website but now I can't trade them in, I tested using the community market to see if there is a problem with the steam guard. But it's fine, help pls

You just changed your profile name a couple hours ago.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier this year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.
