Account security is your responsibility. Valve doesn't return items.
Edit: That blue text in your profile summary section is not a message from Valve:

You can do the following:
Steps to take:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. Edit your profile description and remove the fake "warning".
Once you're secured your account, stop using those 3rd party gambling and trading sites that got your account compromised in the first place.
Is it really? Are you basing this on the fact it has the same name? Since that's what they do. Rename the account used so that you go and accept the trade.
Just clicking a link could give someone access to your whole computer, all other computers in your house, they could clean out your bank, know where you live, everything.
Changing the password wont deauthorize anyone already logged in.
That's why there is an extra button in your account to do so. But more likely they planted an api key for remote control.
Have you still access to your first account?
If yes, do the recovery steps above.
The items? NOPE, they are gone. FORGET them.
Account security is your main focus.
If you have access, secure it NOW.
If you cant access your main account, thats the ONLY part Valve can help you out, by starting the account recovery.
If you don't see an incoming trade on your second account, that means you actually traded with someone else's account. Someone made their account look like your second account and tricked you into sending them your inventory.
do the list that was posted to secure your account, then hit the EDIT PROFILE button on your profile and remove that fake message.
