At the beginning, when you released the Halloween Sale, you could collect the frame, avatar and the entire Steam profile (due to your mistake, you changed it after some time) and now it is paid... it's a pity that some people picked it up at the start and others don't have it. I have no idea. That's why I'm asking. I tried doing an internet search but that was a no-go. Maybe they were just upset with steam. Maybe it's nothing. And there are 2-3 people who made this comment. I'm not going to quote them and bring their drama into this conversation. I was just curious. Maybe it was nothing and steam removed the comments. I was reading all the comments as they came in because of the haunted theater bug.

I got it for free. If you didn’t get it while it was free then go buy it with points if you want it. It’s not like it’s gone forever. Many event items you can’t get anymore so stop complaining

It's about their oversight... they made a mistake and since many people have already grabbed it for free, they should make it available to everyone for free. Why should anyone be “harmed” by their mistake?
