I own all souls games, the ones I don't have here on steam, such as Demon's soul and bloodborne, I have on the playstation...

If you're specifically into action hack'n'slash, then check out a game called "DmC - Devil May Cry" (which got hate from fans of the franchise while going way better on the splashy action than any others) and Bayonetta.
They may not have the best reputation among fans but might be worth looking into. They're high quality generally from what I've seen.
They were or are on sale recently for barely anything so you could probably grab them for super cheap.

They sometimes called them like that. Even though Beat 'Em Ups are a little bit different, they are still somewhat similar. In the sense that Beat 'Em Ups generally use a fixed viewing perspective, and it's gameplay is about controlling the main character versus multiple "goon-like" opponents.
