Missing Button

I went to go share a game that I looked up on the store page. I noticed there was no share button for the game. I then was looking at other games on the store and noticed I wasn't able to share those ones also. Again the share button is gone on every game I pull up. I use the app. However I did go onto the steam web page and noticed there was no share button. Did they take that out. Which would suck, because my friends and I share games all the time we see on Steam, that looks really cool.

Or click the address bar to copy it.

Or type /store and the game name in chat.

Found this issue because i had the same issue. On mobile app, I found the share button in the three dot menu next to my profile pic in top right. Very unintuitive.

thanks for this. they made it really unobvious and pretty stupid of them to remove it as I'm sure it would generate more sales by easily sharing games with each other

Tbf the share button on desktop is kinda redundant, and is an easy option to get rid of if Valve want to declutter the UI. The only thing the share button did was copy the page url, which you can do by right clicking the page, or clicking the url at the top. The url actually acts the exact same as the share button, and I'd argue most steam users are aware of it.
