Having trouble with my mouse sensitivity on steam
Hello.
I am experiencing a small issue with the steam client, and would like some advice.
So I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse, which doesn't have any physical buttons that change sensitivity, so I have adjusted that through Logi options+ to be about 40%

But lately whenever steam is an active window it seems to just ignore this logi options setting and my mouse sensitivity goes through the roof. If I then click into my web browser it returns to normal, but anytime I am navigating the steam client it happens again.

To be clear this doesn't happen in games, just the steam client. I have talked to Steam support, who told me to look into any software that could interfere with steam. So I uninstalled Vortex mod manager which I recently downloaded, but it didn't help. I have also opted in to the Steam beta version.

Anyone else using Logi options+ experiencing this? any fixes?

Yes, since selecting the beta client in the settings as an attempted fix I have not turned it off.
I use a Logitech wireless mouse, but I don't use Logi options+ and my mouse works fine in Steam. Is there any reason you need to use that software?

I use the Logi options+ to turn down the sensitivity, which is usually way too high. and to customize some button functions. (steam seems to completely disregard these settings.)

Though I suppose I could just turn the sensitivity down in windows instead and adjust the logi settings accordingly. Maybe steam will recognize that..

I just reset mouse sensitivity in Logi options+ and messed around with the settings in windows. now it is roughly where i want it and stays consistent in steam as well. it was kinda nice to have it all working through one menu, but this works. Thanks.
