steamwebhelper.exe, a critical steam component, is not responding
I had this problem after reinstalling Windows. When I downloaded Steam - the first time everything worked fine at startup, but when I decided to reboot the PC - Steam stopped starting, although it hangs in the task manager. Also, then this same "steamwebhelper.exe" appears for a second and disappears again. I searched all over the Internet for a solution to this problem, but nothing helped.

If someone understands dump files - I will leave a link to them below. I will be very glad if someone helps, I do not want to be left without a working steam

found a fix. was tinkering with it and wondering why the heck the error is still there after reinstall. Found a folder in my appdata/local/steam folder that when i click it shows an error. Deleted the folder and started steam! Guess what it now works!!
