Secondly, stolen wallet or items will not be refunded, as it is the users responsibility to make sure their accounts are secure.
Do all of this to get a clean account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
If you **do not** have access to your account anymore, follow[this guide

We don't know what you did, but you must've done something, there is no way around it. Steam Guard would prevent anyone from taking over your account, unless you gave them the code that changes every 30 seconds. (Which includes scanning the QR code to log in somewhere else)
List of scams:

You gave the hijacker all your account details.
The account name, the password and the KEY to the door, the Steam Guard Mobile code, or scanning the QR code or authorising via fingerprint giving them access to the account.
How? by either logging into a known scam site or sites, tailored malware on your PC, the vote for my team scam, you have a pending ban scam on Discord, free knife click the link etc.
How does Steam (a program) know it is not you when all the account details are correct? It doesn't, therefore any action taken on your account is seen as you doing said actions.
The alternative is not plausible:
1) Someone would have to "GUESS" your account name from "millions of possible combinations".
2) Next they would have to "GUESS" your password from "millions of possible combinations" and then match it to your account name with "millions of possible combinations".
3) And finally they would have to "GUESS" the Steam Guard Mobile code "which changes every 30 seconds" to match both your account name and password to then have access your account.
I have steam guard man . i dont use 3rd part site to login my steam account . i dont use Discord for this type of thing
Do all of this to get a clean account:
Done all man
Steam Guard is not a magic. If you give away your account information (which you did, even if you dont remember), it is useless.
Nobody guessed your account name, password AND Steam Guard code.
Steam Accounts are not "hacked".
I did not share any of my account details with any one man wtf
Since it is not from Steam's end, it must be from you as the user.

GG Steam . from now on i will not add any money in my steam Wallet
Just be sure to do all those steps listed above to secure your account, don't skip anything, and be more vigilant.
Or else it would happen again.
Already Done
The only way someone can access your account is because you gave them all your account details.
