Corrupted Video / Corrupted Images In Steam Client

This problem is rampant in the steam client ... Valve doesn't give a sh## and ignores the problem.
Images and videos are corrupted in the official Steam client. This has been a known problem for 4+ years now, without Valve giving a crap.
I have to remind everyone reading this, this corruption has been happening for over ** 4 years **

That looks like your GPU is dying. You could try disabling hardware acceleration, but at some point you've gotta replace the broken hardware.

Never had a problem playing videos in Steam.
One solution
Open Steam settings>interface>select and expand Client Beta Participation>Click on Steam Beta Update.
Restarts Steam

I have never seen any issue with videos or images.

Yeah, disable HW acceleration for web stuff (and restart Steam)
