Steam Big Picture Themes On Desktop?

I was wondering if there is a way to get custom themes for Big Picture on Desktop. I love using my Steamdeck and have plenty of themes via DeckyLoader. I'm not a fan of Big Picture's default layout and would like to personalize it a bit on my Desktop as well, however Deckyloader only works on Linux if I recall.

Is there any alternatives? I am on Windows 11.

Try snipping a screenshot snip too,l save to desktop r/click it and set as background or slide show if you have more than one.
