Steam avatar bans tend to be a bit inconsistent but in terms of said "company", was it a skin sale site or game key seller site commonly affiliated or connected with scams/phishing and account hijacking? If Yes, well... I think that answers the question....

In general advertisements for companies or websites are not allowed in avatars or nicknames.

Advertising for 3rd party websites is not allowed. That including both your name and avatar.

Each time support has to reset them the ban from changing them will get longer until it's permanent

Steam support mods be like that some time i had one dude picking on me for my avatar where i was holding sniper rifle in my arms and homie would every few days remove it so i would have to contact steam support and file an complaint for the mod who obviously didnt have anything better to do and steam support would lift my ban every time saying how picture doesnt break terms of service.Classic discord mod behaviour
