I have been playing all the sam and max games and saw there were in poker night. So is there any way to get the game(Legally)?

Platform: Mac Download, but it will work on Win too. What you're buying is actually a Steam Key, so it'll work on either platform. I think, i will buy it for my friend. The price is 4.99 usd.

Correct, game has no OS specific keys and will grant access to both version of the game regardless.
