This guy says "I'm the hacker and hacked your steam account"

My account was hacked once last year, so I changed my password and turned off all other device authentication, but I went around Steam, so I entered the link in the post written by this person and my Steam profile appeared.

Is there still someone stealing my account and using it for hacking?

Besides changing the password, is there anything else that needs to be concerned?

If you believe someone on your account, or someone got access, and you still have control, follow these steps, and don't skip any.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

I suggest checking this out to help you learn more about internet safety.

Scammers always try to scare people, giving bait, and story, and if you take the bait, they try to hijack you, from the information you provided to them, that how it works, and how phishing attacks works as well. Visit the link above to another post giving you more information about internet safety.

It's a joke. The link in the post is a generic address for your profile page. Anyone clicking on it will be redirected to their own profile.
