I am really tired of the spam, pointless and joke reviews overwhelming the real ones.

It happens in most games. Make meme, youtube, almost anything giggly teen girls find funny and it goes to the top, pushing the good and real reviews down to the bottom. Also, the reviews that have NOTHING to do with the game AT ALL do the same thing.

It's not funny and it doesn't help the people who want to decide if they want the game.

Please downvote all uniformative reviews. Even if you agree with them or find them funny. That's what I do.

Oh, I've upvoted negative reviews even on games I like.

I support bad reviews when they are informative.

I don't support bad reviews and good reviews that are not informative.

The report button is hidden to the page of the review instead of reviews list where it could be handy and easier to use..

Open each spam review and report them, also downvote for quicker action than removal by Valve so the reviews list stays cleaner.

I'm with you Fuzzapa. Having user reviews is awesome I think, but too many joke reviews for sure. Even if it applies to the game, it's useless. Take South Park: The Stick of Truth, first review:

"when you right click, your character farts.

10/10"

Now, 8,326 of 9,865 people (84%) found this review helpful. Do you see how many downvotes it would take to knock that off ? It's absurd. That's not a review that belongs on a store page, especially the first review.

The only quesiton is how to fix it. That's not an easy answer.

Whenever I go to read the reviews, atleast 3 of the top reviews are very long and serious reviews.

while my reviews may contain jokes or seem like i am saying nonsense. i only give it a thumbs up if i really would recommend. i would make jokes and then give it a thumbs down if i thought it sucked. but that is annoying when people say it is a good game cause they have a funny to tell.
