Teaches a fish a lesson? Im sorry im not understanding. Because in real life if someone keeps irritating me or "baiting" me they are getting smacked. So what exactly does being a troll online teach? To ignore? I think that theres TOO MUCH ignoring these days. Sadly Its not correct to speak up against trolls and idiots anymore which is why most people are soft. Need to fix the problem at the root. All the mentally ill internet trolls that are chronically roaming the steam boards with a pointer for pissing people off to make themselves feel better.

Can you prove the people you are calling trolls are really trolls or are we supposed to be taking your word for it?

Take a good long look in the mirror before throwing stones at other people.

Besides, Steam has given people the opportunity for you to get rid of said trolls. It is called the *block option*. Use it instead of trying to remove a topic/post you don't agree with just because you might be wrong.

Removing free speech not matter how ignorant you think it is just makes you look like the troll yourself ... and worse.

They should be able to have discussions without being attacked? That wouldn't be much of a discussion, would it. In a debate you attack the other one's points and vice versa. And you are identified with all kinds of things, so even "attack the point and not the person" is not going to help you. If I say "BG3 is ♥♥♥♥", a whole army of fanboys is going to be instantly offended. That's what immaturity looks like.
