anyone know why EA publication date is not a thing?

as the title says, why early access published games dont show their release date?
its good that the dates was changed for older games coming to steam, but nothing has been done for EA titles?

I should have been more clear with my question, was thinking of fully released titles that has been in EA before. as I have to use steamDB for some of the information.

Developers don't have the ability to edit their game's release date. Only Steam Support can edit that field.
