Steam Guard Issue

I lost my cell phone and old phone number, on which I registered my Steam Guard, when I got the new cell phone I logged into my Steam account and tried to deactivate Steam Guard and I couldn't, now I formatted my computer and lost full access to my account, when I try to resolve it, all the options ask for confirmations sent to Steam Guard or my old phone number, even though it marks that I no longer have access, I don't know what else to do to access my account, even speaking to Support, they take too long to respond and the answers lead nowhere, the attendant asked for confirmation of receipts so old that not even the system I used to pay has them anymore

Nobody here is going to be to help you with this issue, other than to give the advice that if you can't log into your Steam account, you probably shouldn't format your computer until that situation is resolved.

Your only option is to use support, and provide them with the information they ask for. It's the only way for you to prove that you are indeed the owner of the account, and not some random nobody trying to steal someone else's account.

If you can't provide this then it's joever.

Can be frustrating ik, I've seen lots of ppl also vent 'bout this, but as wyler said it is very essential to ensure steam that you are the original owner.

They ask for those because it's stuff only the account holder will have. More recent stuff could be known to hijackers.

You will need to provide what they ask. You can answer that you don't have certain things, but if you don't have or cannot name anything from back then, you out of luck.
