Steam remote play together question!

Hey guys,

I have a fighting game compatible with Steam Remote Play Together and it works fine. I invite my friend and she's able to join via her iPad (opening the invitation from Steam Chat and it auto running Steam Link).

The thing is... we can't talk to each other. Is there a way to do it?
My microphone is set up and when I test it with Steam it's fine, I hear myself, but I can't find an option or something to turn on or off the mic while playing. IDK.

Please, help?
