Issue is with the so-called "producers" and "copyright holders".
This is not limited to Steam, many others use the same shady practices too.
For example, GOG will soon delist some older Battle.net games, Ubisoft recently dropped & totally stopped one of their top racing games, and so on.
This is not Steam exclusively..
Absolute power corrupts absolutely
Atari repeated the same problem as well, but the customer is always right.
In a word yes, if they're charging me full price just to borrow something.
If they're letting me borrow it, the proper term is that it's being "leased". And until the prices are adjusted accordingly, that is misleading, and to the extent the game is altered, changed, barred or taken away, it is stealing.
That is exactly my case. I bought the item properly and they won't return it.
But i'm also declaring war on that IP ban, because it's cheating,
Liar. you have no proof.
I have the points on my IP to prove that.
And loaning is cheating.
That and i'm a real person.
How else can we check the emails?
And don't tell me to do so! That's an invasion of privacy.
"They have, like, sooo much money" seems to be their main train of thought.
unlike them i don't want money. I want my sense of corruption eliminated.
for example, respect even to abusers.
But especially unconditional love.
something you would never give and throw those wretched documents to.
