Limiting Bandwidth
There used to be a setting on steam that can limit the bandwidth the client uses, is that still a thing? id like to limit it for steam games only without using weird software's. can i do it on windows or steam?

You can limit the download bandwidth used and can set a max rate.
Its in the client settings under DOWNLOADS and there turn on "Limit Download Speeds".
You can set a manual max bandwidth Steam is allowed to use for downloads.
