El sistema de reembolso de STEAM es falso/estafa

Por primera vez tengo que recurrir al sistema de reembolso al comprar el juego F1 24 e ir a jugar mi partida y que no funcione, lo compre y a los 3 días que es cuando lo inicie por 1º vez tras la compra solicite reembolso habiéndolo usado 10 minutos o menos.

Sin embargo ellos consideran que e jugado mas de 2 horas dado que cuentan como tiempo de juego de mi compra lo que jugué a ese mismo juego en periodo de gratuidad y con préstamo familiar pero la realidad es que tras la compra no lo jugué.

Así que cuando compras un juego si antes lo jugaste en préstamo familiar o periodo gratuito ya no te reembolsan.

Es vergonzoso, al comprarlo ahora me quedo sin poder jugar mi partida de la peor decisión tomada comprar el juego.

Wait... you have over 100 hours in that game... I doubt you will get refund.

Additionally please learn about how something works before you post rants calling it a scam. It really doesn't look good for you...

Las horas de juego son anteriores a comprar el juego.
Aunque hubiera jugado 24 horas al día desde el día que lo compre no puedo llegar a +100 horas.

Incluso si las horas de juego son previas a la compra la regla se mantiene, has jugado al juego mas de 2 horas y por tanto deberías tener claro si lo quieres o no. En cuanto a lo de la partida, eso es un problema del juego, no de Steam.

Seguramente en modo gratis tambien te daban acceso a algún DLC que luego no compraste, o viceversa, de ahí que la partida guardada se considere "corrupta" o simplemente no se pueda continuar, porque te falta contenido presente en la misma, es algo bastante normal.

As I said, please do some research. It is possible to get refund in your case. From another thread:

Lo hice en 4 ocasiones eso, explique lo de las horas y pedí que analizaran el las horas que jugue desde que lo compre.
Los rechazan por costumbre, no van a devolver dinero porque el sistema es falso.
Es la 1º vez que tengo que usarlo y es mi experiencia con el sistema de reembolso por un juego al que no puedo jugar la partida que tenia.

ALL playtime counts. If you properly read the refund policty, you'll notice that the parameter "since purchase" only goes for the 2 weeks of ownership, not for the playtime. So, it's not the policy that is wrong, it's your reading comprehension.

Anyway, as stated, you can try a manual ticket. But since you're way over the playtime, it's a slim chance. Simply put, you might not atually qualify for a refund and if they give you one, it's a courtesy one that isn't required.

And no, your personal feelings on this are not relevant at all.
