It has been days since I submitted my appeal how many days should I wait for it to have a response from Dota 2.

You won't get one. Valve does not accept appeals for bans in any of their games.... which includes Dota 2.

Steam Support doesn't even have the tools to remove game or vac bans.

If you want to try and appeal then contact the games developers, it was them who banned the account, not Steam. Won't make a difference though, the ban is permanent

how about those people who`s got account got unbanned?

Those people do not exist (appart from made up stories).
If vac bans due to false detections those bans usually get revoked a few days later.....

I am not into that whole ban the customer thing for toxic stuff. It's their game, don't allow people to type to teammates.

A lot of people who ask his question....years after the actual ban..... most likely aquired the account "second hand".....

i dont know. i included that question on my appeal. sadly, after days has passed they did not responded. i just applied for appeal because my friend saw a post that their account has been unbanned after filling an appeal.

exactly, idk whats the main reason for my ban because i did not do anything especially i did not try any forms of cheats. i originally created this account for clean slate. i worked my ass off for that 100 hours ranked match requirements. my ranked is not that high its just legend 5 yet they banned me. all i want in this account was my PA arcana because i spam PA a lot

idk exactly what i am smurfing of, this is my main account. im flattered that my skills is considered "smurfing" in my rank. but its unjustified
