How to access Steam Replay?

So I updated my Steam Deck to the latest update and saw Replay and game recording was finally out of beta. But I'm confused about how to access Replay. (Really wish they would change the name as it's confusing Google, which thinks it's the end of the year review). Is it a game by game basis? All it says in the site is "accessable via Steam Overlay"

Update your steam client manually, the feature will be in the View tab.

I had to manually update steam to get this update, as it didn't do it on it's own.

Hey, thanks for the reply, I tried updating but Steam tells me I'm up to date. I go to the view tab and Recordings is there but not Replay. Do I need to opt into the "Steam Deck Beta" channel?
