It isn't lizard squard, those sad virgins, it's the amount of people trying to buy gifts because of the steam sale, way too much information for the server to handle, give it 15 minutes. And if Lizard Squad attacks again, MEGA will cease all their operations with them, meaning they are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and will never DDoS any major service again.

Valve can get the servers back up, but we don't know if they'll take the servers down again to test the security level.

I have been using Steam for nearly 10 years and this is the first time i have been completely unable to load the store at all. Every other time it was just really slow but was still able to get what i wanted after a few minutes of trying.
