What is this new(?) human genetic altering monster creator??

Okay, today scrolling through facebook I came across a game ad for a game where you take humans, put them in capsule tubes and alter them into monsters. Quite irritatingly, I forgot to new tab it, or click its link to the steam page, ....or even hit like before getting distracted by something and losing it.

The game looked VERY interesting but really this is all I have to go on it:

In the video/trailer for it, you pull a sleeping woman out of a morgue-looking compartment, carry her to a lab and place her into a capsule tub bed thing. You mess around with some UI and the next time we see her, she is part monster. All in first-person view.

And I know this is on steam... somewhere.

If ANYONE knows what this game is called, please let me know!!

There is alot that the details could be, that sounds like just the intro for the player-creator system where your in a pod and thats how you pick how your avatar looks for a game or it could be anything around the Resident Evil games, heck it could even not exist as Facebook is notorious for showing ads on steam games that have zero actual connection the game.

That is true. However, I got a good enough look at it to feel that it is a real game. Looked like Unity perhaps. And the video I saw was a trailer. It was specifically about customizing monsters out of humans as the game's premise.

But again, I get that this doesn't narrow it down all that much.
