A message was sent to all my friends and it was't me

this message "this is for you - URL" was set to all my friends from my account but it wasn't me, the messages got sent at 1 minute difference between friends.
I'm confused because I never got a warning of someone logging con my account, and the link doesn't look malicious at all, but i'm still worried, is there something I could do?

If your account is the one distributing the links without your knowledge then it is compromised and you need to address this urgently by doing the following steps:-

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

okay, ive asked him on a seperate platform just incase. Ill wait for him to come online
