Are games permanently removed from my library still visible via game sharing?

I'm not talking about games i have bought and refunded. I'm talking about games that I bought and couldn't refund and have no plans of ever playing again so to keep my library tidy, I have removed from my steam account via the Steam support option.

But if I were to game share with my friend, would they be able to see those games I have removed?

You don't 'own' the game so steam wont show it as a sharing option

Though the game will still appear in your profile as a game you played and any achievements,etc are still visible
