Very poor choice for games, tbh.

Devs/ publishers decide when to put their games on sale not Valve.

It was on sale from Aug 1 til Aug 12. As said, developers choose where and when they discount their games.

Stray had its own sale from August 1st to the 12th @ 40% off.

They technically can't be apart of the Cat Awareness Feline sale even if they wanted to.

Stray can go on sale again in September.
